Terms of Service

1. Commission Request

To be considered for a commission, you must fill out the Google form that is linked in Commissions. If the number of requests exceeds the number of available slots, requests will be selected based on my interest and ability, not on a first-come first-served basis.Please make sure your request is clear and finalized; you may change the details of your request before receiving an invoice. Any changes afterward will be considered revisions, and may cost extra depending on the quantity.

2. Accepting a Request

Once your request has been sent through the Google form, I will reach out to potential clients for further information or reference materials via the preferred method/s submitted before coming to a decision.If I accept your request, I will then confirm the price of your commission and, if applicable, detail the additional charges that will be required. Only after the price has been agreed upon will I send an invoice.I prefer to communicate over Discord or social media DM's, but if these are not options, then I will reach out to the provided PayPal email address.

3. Payment

Your invoice must be fully paid before I begin work, unless otherwise specified. Additionally, work is not guaranteed to begin immediately after payment.While I will not enforce a deadline for the full payment of the invoice, please be mindful of the fact that this is my income. If you need extra time to pay, I am happy to oblige, and will take on other commissions in the meantime.***Paid invoices are eligible for full refunds for any reason before work starts.Artwork currently in progress, or completed, is not eligible for a refund - please be sure you wish to commission me!

4. Reference Material

You must provide clear visual references for your character and any other elements of your request. This includes specific poses, props, and background elements (if applicable).Non-visual references, such as written descriptions, are not preferred but still acceptable. Please be as clear as possible, as multiple revisions and edits will cost extra.Failure to provide references for elements of your commission means I am at liberty to exercise creative freedom.

5. Revisions and Feedback

You are allowed three free revisions during the sketch and line art phases of your commission. A revision is defined as any change that will require a complete redrawing of any portion of the artwork.Examples of revisions include, but are not limited to, pose adjustments, composition changes, and lighting/shading changes.Smaller changes, such as changes to hues and minor adjustments to the existing line work are NOT considered revisions, so please don't hesitate to ensure accuracy for your character!Larger changes, such as a complete do-over of a specific phase or the full work, will require additional payment for the time spent on the discarded work, separate from the typical free/extra revisions.I respectfully ask that you also consider my time and my vision as an artist. I aim to be flexible and accommodating, but please do not abuse that.

6. Usage & Permissions

Once the artwork has been completed, you will be given a link to download the high resolution image from my Google Drive folder. You will have personal use rights to the image and can alter, print, and post it as you wish, but the artwork is not to be used for commercial profit in any form unless explicitly stated otherwise.This includes, but is not limited to NFT's, printed merchandise for resale, and subscription-based media.I, the artist, retain full rights to the image and its original file, and may post it to my own social media/galleries unless you request otherwise. I may also use it for promotional purposes, such as this carrd, to display my past works.
